Terms and Conditions
Order form
Each order must be in writing with the following details:
- Exact name, address (identical to the data in the Commercial Register)
- Delivery address, if different
- ID and VAT number, if assigned
- Designation and quantity of ordered goods
We accept orders sent by mail, fax or e-mail
Prices of goods
Prices are without VAT and are related to the plant in Prague 9 - H.Počernice, POST CODE 193 00.
The supplier reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Packaging and transport
The supplier ensures suitable transport packaging of the products. Shipments are sent by a transport service with delivery to the customer's address. If the nature of the goods allows it, it may be divided into several consignments.
Delivery times
The goods in stock are dispatched within 5 working days from the date of delivery of a correct and complete order to the supplier (or from the date of receipt of the advance payment). For goods that are not in stock, the supplier will notify the customer within 3 days about the probable delivery date.

Payment Terms
The price of goods and freight is paid by cash on delivery, unless another method of payment has been agreed in advance. Shipments abroad are paid by advance invoice.
Retail sales
Magnets and other products can also be purchased in person at a retail store in Prague 9 Horní Počernice, Ve Žlíbku 1800, hall B10. A written order is not required.
Opening hours are 8.00 - 11.30 AM, 12.00 - 2.30 PM. Prices are set according to the current valid price list. Payment is in cash.
Return of goods
Unsuitable goods can be returned under the following conditions: In the case of a personal purchase for cash, the return period is 3 working days without deduction. For shipments delivered by a transport company, the deadline is 10 working days from the date of delivery. The transport fee and the CZK 20 fee for sending the credit note and the amount to the customer's account are not refunded in this case.
The returned goods has to be in a perfect condition to be eligible for return.
